Upon receipt of your amplifier we will assess it for repair. If we unable to repair the unit we will contact you, otherwise we will proceed with the repair.
Once we complete the repair we will contact you for payment, the unit will then be shipped back to you.
Our cost of repair includes a standard return shipping cost. If we can repair the unit it will be dispatched according to the shipping option selected – free delivery is only for UK mainland only .. please ensure that you have selected the correct option or this may cause a delay on prepaid orders.
We can express return the item for a small charge extra (this doesn’t mean that the repair will take less time , it’ll just get back to you quicker)
Should we be unable to repair the unit you will be responsible for return shipping. You can arrange your own courier to collect if this is more suitable.
